JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 The instant application has come up for modification passed in Cr.Misc.No.22755 of 2015 vide order dated 21.09.2015 wherein the petitioners were directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks.

Unfortunately, the petitioners could not surrender in the court below during that period, hence, petitioners want an extension of four weeks time to surrender in the court below. As such, petitioners are further directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No.99 of 2014 pending in the Court of SDJM, Dehri, Rohtas.

With the above modification only, the instant application is allowed.
