2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one loaded country gun, one loaded country made musket, one loaded country made pistol and 21 live cartridge have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is in custody since 26.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that petitioner is accused in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16775 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 eight more cases which includes cases under the Arms Act.

6. Considering the huge recovery and the criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
