Case No. 203 of 2018, dated 02.12.2018, instituted for the offences under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11747 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/3 Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners along with one Md. Kalim are said to have entered the house of the informant and assaulted the informant, his brother, nephew and others. Several persons are said to have been injured in the occurrence. However, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the informant has received a grievous injury on his forearm, which is attributable to the assault made by aforesaid Md. Kalim, who is not the petitioner in this case. The allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature and the injuries suffered by Navin Kumar Yadav, Subodh Kumar Yadav and Santosh Kumar have been opined to be simple in nature.
There is an existing land dispute between the parties and the petitioners have clean antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present
