This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not named persons who have kidnapped the victim, this bail application is allowed.
