2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) For setting aside the order dated 25.08.2024 passed vide memo no. 2805 by the Learned Additional Collector, Gaya in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 224 of 2020 - 21 whereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.3565 of 2026(3) dt.16-06-2026 2/3 and whereunder the demand of the petitioner's land appertaining to Mauza - Kamalpur, Thana No. 312, Khata No. 72, Kheshra No. 41 under Jamabandi No. 327/2 admeasuring 0.041/2 acre has been cancelled and the Circle Officer, Manpur Circle, District -Gaya has been directed to create Jamabandi in the name of the respondent nos. 8 and 9.

(ii) To stay the operation of the order dated 25.08.2024 passed vide memo no. 2805 by the Learned Additional Collector, Gaya in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 224 of 2020 (iii) For any other relief / reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. In the presence of learned State counsel, Mr. Manish Kumar No.2 submits that now the Bihar Land Tribunal is functional, liberty be granted to agitate the matter before the concerned Tribunal.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. If any petition is preferred within a period of four
