JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite parties have modified the order of punishment and now petitioner has been fully exonerated.

He submits that in changed circumstance, liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the authority for restoration of two increments which were not paid to the petitioner. In case, petitioner files representation for such relief, the opposite parties may consider representation of the petitioner objectively and pass appropriate order at the earliest

Patna High Court MJC No.3650 of 2018(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of such representation.
