JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 The only grievance, which subsists is with regard to re-validation of the pension payment order as also gratuity payment order, which has lapsed inasmuch as this Court had directed for payment of the amount which had been recovered and thereafter the respondents had issued an order validating the gratuity payment order and today the learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General has produced a copy of the revalidated gratuity payment order dated 19.06.2019 wherein it has been decided to pay a sum of Rs. 554,648/- to the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.4170 of 2019(7) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 herein. It is further stated that pension payment order had already been issued and requires no further revalidation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the respondents to make payment of the aforesaid gratuity amount within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Treasury Officer, Post Supaul, District Supaul shall not draw his salary.
