The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant lodged case against unknown for robbery of his motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR-09Q-4186. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The motorcycle is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but the petitioner claims that he purchased the motorcycle from DS Automobiles and insurance and other documents are also in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2015 but it appears that the petitioner has got as many as 15 cases all of heinous
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11898 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 nature.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to hold the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt of this order and if the trial is not concluded within four months from the date of receipt of this order, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
