JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 Heard Mr. Shubh Narain Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Ratnesh Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Jai Prakash University and Mr. Amit Bhushan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Mr. Amit Bhushan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs this Court that one week time is required in generation of User Id and Password by technical team which has been outsourced by the department.

3. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6448 of 2021(4) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 University informs that payment is subject to the User Id and Password is provided to the University by the State. The moment User Id and Password is provided, all the payment will be made to the petitioner within 48 hours.

4. Considering the specific information which the counsels have received from their respective authorities, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the State Government to take immediate steps for sending User Id and Password to the University within a period as informed by Mr. Amit Bhushan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. In case, concerned respondent fails to give the User Id and Password to the University, the Deputy Director, Higher Education will be liable for payment of cost of Rs. 50,000/- from his own pocket for any failure on his part.

5. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
