2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 324 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, the entire family of the petitioner including the petitioner are accused of killing the deceased by poisoning her.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased consumed poison and thereafter, the family members took her to hospital where she died during course of treatment.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the deceased was earlier assaulted before her death. From

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12663 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 the post-mortem report, no ante mortem injury has been found. The petitioner, who is the husband, is in custody since 11.06.2024.

6. In my opinion, it may be a case of suicide by consumption of poison.

7. Considering the period of custody and the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 324 of 2024.
