The petitioner is accused in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016, registered under Section385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of making demand of ransom of Rs. 10 Lakhs through Mobile No. 7079284664 at the mobile number of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that in course of the investigation, the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Rakesh Singh, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show

Further submission is that, in fact, petitioner is accused in eight other cases, due to that reasons, the Police also implicated the petitioner in the present case and he is in custody since 01.12.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.
