The present application seeks an impartial enquiry against the so-called coal 'mafia' engaged in illegal trading of coal causing financial loss to the State exchequer as well as the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1905 of 2015 dt.23-02-2016 2/2 In the counter affidavit, the State has taken the ground that the petitioner has been called upon to furnish the details so that his grievance may be looked into but he has not complied with the same.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court does not find any ground to pass any positive order and, accordingly, writ petition stands disposed off.

However, in the event the petitioner is able to give specific details of person(s) indulging in any illegal activity, the respondents are duty bound to look into the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, expeditiously. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
