Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are co-sharers. It is alleged that while two women of the family were abusing to each other, the informant asked them to stop. Thereafter, the petitioner came lashed with gun and aimed the gun on the informant. It is further stated that the son of the informant came at the spot and took away the gun from the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that it is a case of false implication and the petitioner

Learned APP for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner and only allegation is that he had aimed the gun on the informant in course of family dispute and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the abovenamed petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfication of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner shall join the investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of investigation. This will be in addition to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
