The present MJC has been preferred for the restoration of CWJC No. 3570 of 1994 to the original file which was dismissed for default as against respondent no 4 (1) for non-compliance of the order dated 12.07.2014. However, the office has pointed out that for the same relief, MJC No. 3331 of 2014 was preferred which was dismissed as not maintainable on 23.09.2015 Moreover, now CWJC No. 3570 of 1994 also stands disposed off on 23.04.2015 on merit.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the present MJC No.
Patna High Court MJC No.299 of 2015(2) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 299 of 2015 has now become infructuous.
