Sixty litres of Tadi and five litres of Mahua wine has been recovered from the house of the petitioner who has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 17.01.2020. Accordingly, the petitioner, Lakhan Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S.
