For direction to the respondents to enquire the matter and take appropriate action against the private respondent no. 4.

(ii). For direction to the respondents to take appropriate action against the responsible Authority.

(iii). For direction to the respondents to remove the private respondent no. 4 from his service and take appropriate action accordance the Law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
