The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that by making conspiracy Bhaisur of the informant executed sale deed of the land of the informant to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is bona fide purchaser of the land and has no concern with the family dispute of the informant. Dispute is of civil nature. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11336 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Bihar Police Station Case No. 675 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
