2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Darpa P.S Case No. 05 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is for committing the murder of the father of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that on 11.01.2024 Navnit Srivastva who used to supply wood to the Saw mill of the father of the

No.11066 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/3 informant and whose money was pending in this regard he came at the house of the informant and threatened that he can do anything if he does not get his money. Deceased is unable to give money to the borrower due to this reason deceased may have committed suicide. It further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in this case on the basis of story he was going to see cutting wood, which was purchased from this petitioner, except this no material against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.11.2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, case diary and impugned order, it appears that some documents were recovered from the pocket of the deceased. From the recovered documents it appears that deceased has borrowed money and he finds himself not capable to return his debt and for this pressure of debt he committed suicide. Moreover, in the postmortem report it is mentioned that death is caused by asphyxia due to hanging.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and

No.11066 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 3/3 circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Darpa P.S Case No. 05 of 2024.
