By way of the present modification application, the petitioner seeks extension of time earlier granted vide order dated 09-11-2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 32972 of 2015, for surrender in the Court below in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, due to some unforeseen circumstances could not surrender before the Court below within the time fixed by this Court and thus prayed for extension of time.

In view of the facts stated in the application, let the time earlier fixed for surrender vide order dated 09-11-2015, be
