After some arguments, Counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this application and approach the appropriate authority under the relevant Act for redressal of the grievance which is in the shape of fixing rent in respect of the land claimed by the petitioner.

If any such application is filed before the Competent Authority, the same shall receive due consideration and disposal in accordance with law.

The writ application is dismissed as withdrawn but with the liberty aforesaid.
