This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Suryapura P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 188, 353, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation as also the fact that there is no specific allegation against these petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21310 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Suryapura P.S.
