ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special APP appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No.128 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 368 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(vi) of the SC/ST Act. Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioner had extended monetary help to the husband of the informant, after which the husband of the informant disappeared and also the fact that the present petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5596 of 2016 (3) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S.
