Mr.Md. Khurshid Alam (AAG12) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Heard both sides.

The petitioner has earlier moved this Court in C.W.J.C. No.15716 of 2019 complaining therein that the C.O., Bagaha did not comply the order dated 13.10.2017 passed by the D.C.L.R., Bagaha in Land Disputes Resolution Case No.9 of 2016-17. This Court by order dated 02.08.2019 directed the petitioner to file petition before the competent authority under

Patna High Court CWJC No.3594 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Redressal Act for execution of the order passed by the D.C.L.R. under the Bihar Land Disputes Redressal Act. Section 15 of the Act itself speaks that if any order of the competent authority is not complied with, the person shall file petition for execution of the order. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition on 01.10.2019 before the D.C.L.R., Bagaha, West Champaran but it appears that no case is registered on the petition of the petitioner. Having considered the facts, I direct the D.C.L.R., Bagaha to register the execution case on the petition of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in order to get his own order dated 13.10.2017 passed in Land Disputes Resolution Case No.9 of 2016-17 complied within four months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
