Misc. has been filed to cancel the bail of Ramji Singh @ Ravindra Kumar @ Ravindra Singh who was allowed bail vide order dated 10.07.2014 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 28795 of 2014 on the ground that here the petitioner submits that he is ready to keep her but after getting bail, he has refused to keep

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12210 of 2015 (5) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Mira Devi as his wife and has also filed divorce case. During course of hearing, both the learned counsel are in agreement that Ramji Singh @ Ravindra Kumar @ Ravindra Singh shall pay Rs. 2,000/- (two thousand only) per month for maintenance of his wife Mira Devi as she is in great hardship. Accordingly, Ramji Singh @ Ravindra Kumar @ Ravindra Singh is directed to pay Rs. 2,000/- per month to his wife Mira Devi for her maintenance and that amount shall be paid on or before 10th of each month regularly and in default, the bail granted to him vide order dated 10.07.2014 shall be deemed to be cancelled. The amount shall be paid either through cash in the court below or by cheque payable to Mira Devi or in the account of Mira Devi regularly as indicated above. It is made clear that this order will not affect the merit of maintenance case filed by Mira Devi.

Accordingly, this Cri. Misc. is hereby, disposed off. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) sushma/- U T
