1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no. 1 (Rajesh Kumar @ Raju Kumar @ Lalan Kumar @ Lalan Kuwar) and petitioner no. 3 (Golu Kumar).

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17951 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/3 application is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner nos. 1 and 3.

5. The petitioner no. 2 apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with general and omnibus allegation.

7. Learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner but are not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a woman and allegation against her is general and omnibus in nature.

8. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner no. 2, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court
