The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 159 of 2014 arising out of Mehshi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The submission is that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. In course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 79 of 2013 on 17.07.2013. Thereafter the Police recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case and thereafter, the petitioner was remanded in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20960 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 the present case on 24th January 2014 and since then he is in custody.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-XIV, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sessions Trial No. 159 of 2014 arising out of Mehshi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2013, subject to the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
