2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner had a claim for compassionate appointment when his father had died in the year 2002, this Court is now not inclined to issue any direction keeping in view that the dependants of the deceased employee have survived for a period of thirteen years.
3. Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in approaching the authorities concerned in the light of the earlier observation made by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7495 of 2003 disposed of on 04.08.2003.
