Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a resident of Patna and has filed the instant writ application for a direction to the Respondent Authority to construct the drainage and pitch road from Dhanuki Mor Pahari to Zero Mile situated on the eastern side of Gandhi Setu Path, Patna and further for construction of the drainage and pitch road in the street adjacent to southern side of Hemanti Market Pahari, situated on the road of Gandhi Setu Path.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a detailed representation before Patna

Patna High Court CWJC No.6481 of 2021(2) dt.04-09-2021 2/2 Municipal Corporation on 03.09.2020 (Annexure-1) but no action has yet been taken on his representation. Learned counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that in view of nature of dispute involved in this writ petition, the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation before Respondent No.2, the Municipal Commissioner giving necessary details and the same shall be disposed by Patna Municipal Corporation within a reasonable time frame.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation giving necessary details before Respondent No.2, the Municipal Commissioner, Patna within a period of three weeks and if such representation is filed, the Respondent No.2 is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
