2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 504, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dispute between the parties has already been settled. Petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2024. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant does not dispute the contention made on behalf of petitioner regarding settlement of dispute between the parties.
