The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.case No.453 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

So far this petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he co-operated the accused person in kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against Sunil Kumar Gupta and he has been granted bail by this court, vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68402 of 2019 and only allegation against the petitioner is of assisting said Sunil Kumar Gupta. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9054 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 is in custody since 14.11.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.case No.453 of 2018.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
