JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner had approached this Court on earlier occasion against the order contained in Annexure 4 by filing C.W.J.C. No. 15423 of 2014 which was disposed of vide order dated 12.9.2014, as contained in Annexure 8, directing the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner. Now the appeal has also been dismissed vide Annexure 9 dated 6.11.2014 and again the petitioner has come up before this Court without availing statutory remedy of revision provided under Clause 15(b) of the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 which provides that the revision petition can be filed before the Divisional Commissioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.1752 of 2015 dt.21-06-2016 2/2 against the appellate order passed by the District Magistrate and the revision has to be disposed of within a period of three months. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid statutory remedy of revision, if he so advised, before the competent authority.
