Petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2016 in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 410 of 2016 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and merely on the basis of suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last seven months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18033 of 2017 (4) dt.28-06-2017 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 410 of 2016 (G. R. No. 820 of 2016).
