2. The present I.A. No. 9647 of 2018 has been filed for early hearing of the present C.W.J.C. No. 19346 of 2018 on priority.

3. As such, the present I.A. No. 9647 of 2018 become infructuous as not pressed and accordingly disposed off. Re. C.W.J.C. No. 19346 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

5. The present writ petition has been filed for direction for the respondent authority to cancel the selection of the Respondent No. 5 on the post of Anganbari Sevika, Panchayt-Sripur, Ward No. 10, District Supaul and select the petitioner and select the petitioner in place of Respondent No. 5

6. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

7. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original authority under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
