JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30117 of 2021, to the extent that in the last two paragraphs of page no.2, the deposit of the amount of Rs.1,43,325/-, in the 'treasury' may be directed to be deposited in the account of Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan (SSA).

It is submitted by learned senior counsel that pursuant to the order of this Court, petitioner tried to deposit the said amount in the treasury but the treasury refused to accept the said amount as the same was released from the account of Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan (SSA).

Considering such submission, the order dated 18.01.2022,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13267 of 2022(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30117/2021 is modified to the extent that in the last two paragraphs of page no.2, instead of deposit of the amount in the "treasury", it shall be read as to be deposited in the account of "Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan (SSA), Katihar". Accordingly, the period to surrender for the petitioner is extended by six weeks from today, in connection with Balia Belon P.S. Case No.2 of 2021, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Katihar.

The order dated 18.01.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
