The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the judgment dated 19.09.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14033 of 2024.

A show-cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 5. Referring to statement made in paragraph no. 9 of the show-cause, learned counsel for the State has submitted that concerned Circle Officer after hearing both sides passed final order, disposing of the representation dated 03.10.2024 of the petitioner with a reasoned and speaking order vide Annexure-O.P./1 to the show-cause.

In view of the aforesaid facts and documents placed on record, this Court is satisfied that the judgment dated 19.09.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14033 of 2024 has been complied with in letter and spirit.
