The learned counsel, Mr. Shailenda Kumar Dwivedi appearing on behalf of the respondents placed certified copy of the judgment passed by the Court below in Title Suit No.29 of 2009 and submitted that this writ application has become now infructuous.
It appears that on 08.04.2016, notices were issued to the respondents and in the meantime, further proceeding was stayed. However, on the same day, the judgment has already been passed by the Court below disposing of the suit.
