This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2016. He is not the family of the deceased. Father-in-law of the deceased, namely, Sukan Ram, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13515 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goghardiha P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016 (G.R. No. 57 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, or successor Court.
