The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016, registered under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of petitioner and on the basis of the same, some stolen articles are said to be recovered from the house of Asmatullah. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 03.09.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11924 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
