During course of night patrolling, a confidential information was received by the informant regarding assemblage of anti-social elements engaged in planning to commit an offence whereby raid was conducted whereupon, miscreants began to run and during course thereof, one of them fired. Others managed to escape while petitioner was apprehended from whose possession one country made loaded pistol along with mobile, motorcycle were seized and for that seizure-list was prepared.

Petitioner is under custody since 08.09.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition whereupon, petitioner, Praveen Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
