====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police apprehended 8 persons including petitioner on suspicion that they had assembled to commit crime. It is further alleged that one knife and Rs.500/- have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9852 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Rasulpur P.S.
