JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 In view of the fact that Pradhikar has been constituted under Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan vide notification dated 19.5.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today.
On filing of the application, the Pradhikar is
Patna High Court CWJC No.4022 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 required to decide the dispute in relation to payment out of the fund allotted by the State Government at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of such application.
