Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020 lodged under Sections 394, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution, there is a specific allegation against the present petitioner to snatch the motorcycle and upon opposed, the petitioner has fired on the informant, in result the informant injured badly and the injury report which is attached with the case diary indicates that there is fire arm injury located in the body of the informant. Informant has further supported

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that injury report was filed with the charge sheet. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the version of the informant stated in the F.I.R. fully supported in the case diary and allegation of injury made upon the informant was also supported by the doctor's report attached in the case diary. There are four criminal antecedent of the present petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
