JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-08-2023 Having regard to the statements made in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Regional Director, National Institute of Open Schooling (in short 'NIOS'), this writ application has become infructuous.
