This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ramnagar P.S. Case No.368 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 427, 436, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code 3.

The petitioner is accused of burning the house of the informant in which the informant has sustained burn injury.

The injury report suggests that the injured has sustained 5% burn injury. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
