The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 99/2013 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the father of the petitioner borrowed Rs. 70,000/- from him on the promise to return the same within one and half years with interest at the rate of one and half percent per month. The informant further alleged that about Rs. 50,000/- still remained lying due.

From perusal of the F.I.R. itself, it appears that the dispute arose on account of non-payment of loan amount. Considering the fact aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4889 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 99/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
