2. Appellant intends to invoke his grievance with reference to latest policy decision of the BIADA Amnesty Policy, 2025 notified on 19.08.2025 vide office order 3348/L. If

Patna High Court L.P.A No.127 of 2024(4) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 the appellant fulfills the conditions stipulated under the BIADA Amnesty Policy, 2025, in that event, he may approach the concerned authority. The concerned authority may proceed strictly in accordance with the policy. It is made clear that order of the learned Single Judge dated 16.01.2024 passed in CWJC No. 12136 of 2023 would not be a hurdle to consider the appellant's grievance under BIADA Amnesty Policy, 2025, in the event of non-existence of any third party right as on this day.

3. With the above observation, the present LPA No. 127 of 2024 stands disposed of.
