The petitioner in this case is seeking modification of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54591 of 2018.

This application was filed in this Court on or about 07.05.2019. The petitioner has submitted in the application that because of illness of his daughter he could not submit his bail bond with payment of Rs. 2,53,000/- at the stage of submission of bail bond, but now he is ready to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 08.10.2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32140 of 2019(2) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 Learned APP for the State has no objection to the same.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this application is being disposed of extending the time fixed in the order dated 08.10.2018 to the extent that now if the petitioner complies with the conditions imposed in the said order within two weeks from today, he will be extended the benefits accrued to him by virtue of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54591 of 2108. No further application for modification shall be entertained.
