JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 In view of the decision of the Full Bench in the case of Ramashankar Patel & Ors. vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2019) 3 1295, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to act strictly in accordance with the decision rendered by the Full Bench in Ramashankar Patel case (supra) within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The order contained in Annexure-14 cannot sustain and the same is quashed.
