JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2021 Heard Mr. Shubh Narain Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for J.P. University and learned AC to GP-17 for the State. The grievance of the petitioner is reduced payment of pension due to discrepancy in fixation of his salary based upon ACP/MACP.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from the post of librarian on 30.06.2010 from Raja Singh College, Siwan and has filed written representation before Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra which is still pending.

Learned counsel for the University submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6478 of 2021(2) dt.04-09-2021 2/2 representation filed by the petitioner is not complete and necessary details in support of the claim of the petitioner has not been furnished, as such, the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation giving all necessary details. Regard being had to the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before Respondent No.3, Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra furnishing all necessary details within four weeks from today and and if such representation is filed, the Respondent No.3 is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of representation.

Needless to say that if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a further period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
