2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to move before respondent no.2 (Principal Secretary-cum-Commissioner Mines, Department of Mines & Geology).

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the matter in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order and till date of disposal of the representation of the petitioner, the authority has not taken any decision with respect to
